Starting point

Needs and goals

Most orders arrived by phone or Instagram DM. The old site loaded slowly on mobile, and delivery area and time had to be confirmed by phone after payment, which meant extra back-and-forth and room for mistakes on both sides.

The goal was a store that could handle peak days, felt natural on a phone and showed products properly in search. The shop also wanted its Instagram posts to lead straight to products.

Goals
  • Cut mobile ordering down to a few steps
  • Settle delivery area and time before payment
  • Make product and category pages visible in search
  • Keep Instagram and the catalogue in sync
Approach

How we worked

  1. 01

    Discovery

Together with the shop we mapped past orders, the most frequent customer questions and the delivery areas.

  2. 02

    Design

We designed a thumb-friendly mobile flow built around large imagery, from choosing a bouquet to paying.

  3. 03

    Build

On WooCommerce we added area and time-slot rules, a gift message field and iyzico payments.

  4. 04

    Launch and growth

We tuned category content and product data for search and connected the Instagram catalogue.

Outcome

After launch

With the new store, most orders moved from the phone to the website. Mobile conversion rose 46% compared with the old site, and merging delivery and payment into one step cut checkout abandonment by 27%.

Pages load in 1.9 seconds on a mid-range phone. Category and product page improvements lifted organic sessions by 38% in the first six months, and monthly orders grew steadily over the same period.

We are now working on seasonal campaign pages and reminder emails for repeat orders ahead of key dates.

Solution

What we built

01

Area and time slots

Customers pick the delivery neighbourhood and time slot in the cart; full slots close automatically.

02

Gift message

Order notes and card messages are captured separately and shown clearly on the prep screen.

03

One-page checkout

Address, delivery and payment sit on one screen, with guest checkout available.

04

Occasion categories

Birthday, anniversary and get-well categories help both browsing and SEO.

05

Instagram catalogue

Products sync with the Meta catalogue, so tagged posts link straight to the product page.

06

Fast imagery

Product photos are served in modern formats at the right size, so they load quickly on mobile.
