Acil Lastik 724

A driver with a flat tyre at the roadside needs one thing: to call for help quickly. For Acil Lastik 724 we built a site with a call button on the first screen, service areas by location and pages that stay fast even on a weak connection.

Starting point

Needs and goals

Acil Lastik 724 provides roadside help day and night, but the old site was heavy on mobile and service areas were scattered across a single page. A large share of visitors from ads left without calling.

The goal was for a driver at the roadside to be able to call as soon as the site opened, see straight away whether their location was covered, and for ad spend to be measured against real calls.

Goals
  • Call button on the first screen
  • Fast loading even on weak connections
  • Location and service area pages
  • Ad measurement based on calls
Approach

How we worked

  1. 01

    Emergency scenarios

We mapped scenarios such as night-time, motorway and city breakdowns and prioritised what drivers need to know.

  2. 02

    Static, lightweight architecture

Statically generated pages keep load times short even on poor mobile connections.

  3. 03

    Location pages

We created service area pages by district and main road.

  4. 04

    Ads and call tracking

We set up Google Ads campaigns optimised for call conversions and manage them alongside the Business Profile.

Outcome

After launch

Thanks to the static architecture, location pages load in 1.4 seconds on 4G. Monthly calls placed through the site's call buttons grew by around 33%.

The share of ad visitors who went on to call rose by 21%, and the average cost per call fell by 15%. The service area pages help drivers check coverage before they call.

We are adding new district pages and fine-tuning campaigns based on night and weekend performance.
