Kezban Baydan

Needs and goals
Kezban Baydan had long shared her listings through social media and property portals. Those channels brought reach, but they pushed her personal brand into the background and mixed her luxury and commercial portfolio in with everyone else's listings.
The goal was a trustworthy personal-brand site where the portfolio could be browsed easily by location, type and price range. It was just as important that a visitor could get in touch with one tap the moment a property caught their eye, and book a viewing online.
- Put the personal brand ahead of the listings
- Make the portfolio fast and filterable
- One tap from listing to WhatsApp
- Online viewing appointments
How we worked
- 01
Brand and content discovery
Together we clarified her areas of expertise, target buyer profiles and key neighbourhoods.
- 02
Portfolio data model
We built a flexible structure for listings with location, type, floor area, price range and status fields.
- 03
Dark-theme interface
We created a quiet, dark visual language suited to the luxury segment that lets the photography lead.
- 04
Integrations and launch
We connected WhatsApp, the booking calendar and maps, then launched with analytics in place.
After launch
Visitors now spend more time in the portfolio, and property detail page views rose by around 46%. The filters help people reach the right listing in fewer steps, and pages load in 1.9 seconds on mobile.
The listing-specific WhatsApp message gives every enquiry clear context: enquiries started on WhatsApp grew by 31% and viewings booked through the online calendar by 22%. The personal brand now sits in front of the portfolio.
We continue to work on neighbourhood guide content and monthly social media template sets for new listings.
